If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to ultimateb.com.au within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or credit on any goods that have been opened.

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of ultimate-beauty.com.au

*All approved refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
